A typical Thursday in the Refugee and Migratory Movements Research Unit (RMMRU) - part 1

I arrive everyday (well I try to depending on traffic) at 9am and am greeted by the shinning face of my 'boss' Dr. Nadeem.

This is followed by 4 hours of gruelling hard work with the occasional MSN chat and then a break for lunch. On this happy day myself and two collegues, Sadia and Russell went to the local restaurant and had nan bread and fried vegtables - yum. Here they are enjoying their meal.

Then we stop for a cup of Cha on our way back, which is very sweet Bangladeshi tea in a small cup.

This Thursday happened to be my boss's birthday so we were treated to chocolate cake. Here we all are as Professor Abrar cuts his cake.
