Srimingol weekend - day one

After two weeks of planning and a million and fifty emails later Thursday finally arrived and we were off; or so we thought. Due to a 'misunderstanding' on the part of the bus rental comany (they were under the impression that we were leaving on Saturday, although that was actually the day of our return) we left Dhaka one hour and forty-five minutes later that planned. But spirits were high and although we sat on a cramped bus for almost five hours, we sang all the way (much to the annoyance of some other passengers). The worst part of the journey was the two hours which it took us to get out of Dhaka; as we sat surrounded by big buses and trucks pumping out lethal fumes. We finally arrived in the tea estate just before eleven and were greeted by the sight of clean bungalows and dinner on the table.
The pictures are of Sofia and Rosa and the second is of Sarah and Anna; considering the journey and lack of space they all look like they are enjoying themselves.
